When you say "OUTSOURCE BILLING" do you mean as a billing service?

There are a lot of softwares out there.  There isn't one that is the 'best' for all.  It really depends on you and your business.  If you are going to be billing one specialty, or if you will have multiple users, etc.  If you have one software that you are proficient on.  You need to take all into consideration.  You also need to take cost and software features into consideration as well.  With that being said, I would recommend considering a web based software vs server based.  We used Lytec, a server based system for over 15 years, and it was fine.  But with technology today, the web based systems are the way to go.  There are some free ones out there, but they are limited in capabilities, especially reporting.  Many are very expensive for billing services as they charge by provider.  I personally like Xena.  It is a new software built with billing services in mind.  The cost is per user, not per provider so it is very reasonable.  If you would like more information on Xena, let me know and I can get some over to you.

Good luck!

How did you put in your request?  They absolutely should have responded as they are responding to messages within 24 hours and setting up demos weekly.  If you want to send me an email with your name & number I will make sure you get a call.
