What to Charge for Credentialling?

What is the going rate to charge for credentialing a provider?  Would you charge the same rates for Medicaid credentialing and United Healthcare for example?

Hi,

   When we do credentialing we charge a flat fee for any specific applications that we know exactly what's involved, like Medicare or CAQH.  For others like Medicaid and UHC we charge an hourly rate and we keep track of our time.  We make sure we make out ok, but we never overcharge.  We find that we are very reasonable compared to some services that do credentialing only and many times it will lead to them using us for other services.
