I would like to know with a provider performs a procedure can a coder code from the electronically signed clinical version of the procedure?

Does the electronically signed clinical version of the procedure have all of the information needed to be able to code?  It sounds like a question that is specific to your software.  If the information is there such as the op notes etc, then they should be able to code.
