Hi! I have been reading about these codes. My question is that when I get the charges from the Doctors... When I enter the charges on these codes (with if course e/m) can I put $0.00?  This is all new to me.  I want to make sure with all your great knowledges I am learning a lot just by reading your postings.  example e/m with 2028f ($0.00) and cross reference with diab diag. However for e/m with 3288+1100f (0.00) + 0518f (0.00) I do not have to cross reference with the diag.

Again I want to thank you in advance for any response that I can get.   ;)

I guess my question is when I submit these codes do I just put zero as the charge amount?
