is there a print out of the HIPAA laws for billers?
Do you have to encrypt files?

What kind of files?  If you are transmitting files over the internet, yes, they need to be encrypted, but if you are submitting electronically your software should be doing that.

I'm not aware of any place that only has the HIPAA laws that pertain to billers.  The HIPAA website has all laws, but is very difficult to wade thru.
