infusion billing
« on: July 24, 2018, 11:34:29 AM »
Hi everyone I'm new to the forum and new to infusion billing.  I work for a neurology who is doing Headache Infusions.  She is using 5 different drugs to infuse at different times.  My question is for the IV Push 96375 can I use 4 x's with 59 modifier and 96374 1 x.  Previous billed as 1 x 96375 with the five drugs listed.  I would do it 96374 x 1 J1110, 96375 1 x 59 modifier J1200, 96375 1 x 59 modifier J1885, 96375 1x 59 modifier J2060.  Could use all help available.

Hi have not billed for infusion billing but I personally think that based on what you've described below you should use the 96374 and then the 96375 with 4 units and then list each drug separately.
