Hi Michele,
I was wondering when I get my first provider and say my husband would like to give me a hand and pick-up some paper work from the provider for me, how do I go about this, does he have to sign a HIPPA form for me. I know you guys have employees what do you need them to do?

Hi Margie,

We do have all employees sign HIPAA agreements.  They are fairly basic ones, not as complicated as some can be.  They just state that they will not use any information, share any information, and will protect to the best of their ability any information in their possession, etc etc.  But that allows them to pick up, and other duties.  I would have your husband sign something just to cover yourselves, in case someone asks.
