Can anyone help having trouble converting the cms 1500 into a pdf file?

Why are you trying to convert it to a PDF?  You mean a blank CMS?

yes convert a blank CMS so i can get feedback from Rimmer using the cd that comes with the course.

Are you trying to convert from word Doc, if yes just google it - you have quiet a lot of websites that would allow you to convert a word to pdf file.

The course does provide a CMS form.  Did you try emailing the PMBA. You can also fax them as well.
