I got a phone call from WA State L&I Department, looking for some help. Seems a lot of docs don't understand L&I billing and are delaying treatment because of this lack of understanding. L&I is looking for an experienced biller who would be willing to help with claims submission and be a resource for these physicians. Mexican cultural understanding is a plus, but not required.
I do not do L&I billing, but I told her I would put the word out. If you are interested, please call Krista at 360.902.4277.

Thanks so much for posting this information. I have over twenty years experience in this and when I spoke with Krista she sounded really interested. I really appreciate it. Hope this finds you having a great day. ;)

Can you expand on what L & I billing is?

Labor & Industry (Worker's Comp) ?

Thanks! I never heard it as L & I in CA. Only Woker's Comp. Thanks for the answer! :)

That's why I love this business, you learn something every day. I too only knew it as WC so know I can now add L&I to my knowledge base.
Thanks for this learning opportunity
