best biller:
Does anyone have info about this software? It looks like a new company and maybe they are good but i would like to know if someone here know from it?

I'm assuming this is them? http://www.practicesuite.com.   In looking at their site I have indeed seen them before but can't say I have used them or know anyone who does. I find that MOST companies you call are happy to give you some references which would help you in your evaluation. Their system looks like like it's free for standard practice management and that they have pretty low cost clearinghouse solution with options for various clearinghouse's which tells me they have an open format for you to choose your own clearinghouse if you want (extra one time setup fee, not bad!) 

The only thing that concerns me only right off the bat is that they only offer a video tour of the software, but if I were evaluating them I would want a demo. Perhaps they do offer one if you call. I try to look for one that will allow me to tour and play with the demo at my own pace, but if you are new to the billing world a live demo tour to start out might be ok with the chance later to really sit with it and play with it.

FYI, practice suite is based in the silicon valley of CA BUT their customer service is in India.  So IMHO it is too good to be true.
