I'm not sure exactly what you are looking for but most here on the forum are (and have been) willing to help with any questions that you may have.

Hi Michelle -
Thanks for responding.  I would like to operate my own billing business and really don't know how to get started.  I have operated a business before and know how to setup the LLC, etc.  I would like to know how to get clients, what software to use, just a general overview.

Read through the different sections in the forum such as "Starting Your Own Medical Billing Business" and "Medical Billing Software Reviews".  Questions like yours are asked all the time and you will find answers by reading through the forum.  Alice and Michele have books for purchase that answer these questions in more detail too.

There really is no way to do an overview on those topics in one post.  But there are many good posts out there on different ideas for getting clients, and also on many softwares.  The best thing to do is to review the posts on these topics.
