Durable Power of Attorney
« on: December 15, 2011, 03:54:13 AM »
What are your thoughts about having a Durable Power of Attorney for a Substance Aabuse Facility in order for the facility and the medical billing company to deal with insurance companies and payments and such things.??

Is it necessary for a patient to sign a Durable Power of Attorney for billing purposes?

I'm not sure I understand.  You mean you want the patient to grant the facility/billing service power of atty to handle insurance claim?
