Can someone help us out how to update primary payer claim control number in Medisoft 17. It is required to be updated in Loop 2330B Ref segment. we need to know which is the field related to the loop 2330B REF segment where we have to update the primary payer claim number in Medisoft.

Sounds like you need to contact your software vendor.  That is a very technical question specific to your system.
