Hi Ladies
I have recently started using office ally and have a question regarding posting interest payments. I recieved a bulk payment and there was an amount attached as interest. What is the easiest way to apply this in Office Ally. Do I add a line item for the patient?

Are you referring to Office Ally PM System?  We use Office Ally as a clearinghouse but not their PM system.  It sounds like you are asking how to apply an interest payment.  We apply it as an additional payment on the same claim that they are paying the interest on.  Not sure how to do that in Office Ally's PM system but they have great customer service so you could call them.
