Hello,
Does anyone have suggestions as to how to navigate in FISS? We access FISS through VisionShare and have found it to be helpful
in order to follow Part A claims, but I need to do some claim corrections and can't figure out how to do it. I've printed out all the manuals
which to me are similar to reading another language. We are a community mental health facility, but the service I'm billing is partial hospitalization, so we have to bill Part A. Medicare is not helpful at all and most reps have been rude.
Any help or suggestions would be most appreciated!

Sorry but I've never used FISS. I was hoping another forum member had.

What exactly are you trying to do? I am very familiar with FISS and should be able to talk you through it.
