: 93000 and Medicaid

We got a denial from Medicaid for missing modifier for CPT 93000.  Does anyone know what the modifier might be.  Thanks in advance for your help

You really didn't give enough info for us to be able to help.  What other codes were billed?  What state are you in?  Is that the only denial reason?  What dxs were billed?
