I read in the book "how to start your own successful medical billing business" that Solutions Medical Billing use Xena-Health practice management. I looked at the website and it doesn't give a whole lot of information. I was wondering how good it is. I think I saw that it comes with its own clearing house which would be nice. Any advice on this one?

It actually doesn't have it's own clearinghouse but it does connect with Availity and Office Ally, both of which are free (or a small monthly fee with Office Ally if you do over 50% Government Payors). Xena was supposed to be released 18 months ago but it appears they are still in the beta phase. At this point I can't give you much info on them as we've had little contact with them for the past 10 months. They have a great concept but are having trouble getting the final product out.
