Is it ok to bill with V22.0 for global ob code 59510?   Also, is it ok to use V22.1 for a delivery only code like 59514?

I believe what you are really asking is will 59510 be paid with dx V22.0.  Each insurance carrier and each plan has their own guidelines for what is covered.  You cannot code a claim strictly to be paid.  It sounds as if that dx is appropriate for 59510, but you really cannot generalize like that.  Each patient is different.  Are their complications?  Is there anything unusual?  You can't just say all pregnancies are billed as 59510 with V22.0.
