I'm not sure about the general reimbursement regulations on billing other services with a new patient PT evaluation. It is a work-comp case, so no general contracting rules apply. I am hesitant to indicate the therapeutic exercises would be payable when billed with the new patient eval, but would like to know what your oppinion on this is.
