Hi Everybody:

     We all were been aware of that Insurnace companay MD Medicare choice of FL is disolved.

For the CLaims of MD medicare for the DOS from 10/01/2008 has to go to Humana.

Can any one advice me or give me the latest update what to do with the claims of DOS less than Oct''08

I am not currently billing anything to them.  Maybe someone else on the forum will be able to help.
