: Daq vs. Kareo
: reddsistah July 02, 2012, 02:19:13 PM
Wow saw both of these in action. Played vidoes and demos. I seem to be leaning more towards Kareo. But from other posts I have read, I maybe should not start out with this as I am just starting out. Kareo looks easier to use for me. I think once I start the training with the billing in a box I will be able to use Kareo. It just has a better fit for me.
I know there are other things I must consider...but right now Kareo looks to be the one.

I use Kareo for some of my clients, but I have seen DAQ and it so far has a great reputation.. Either one would probably be a good choice.   If I could offer a bit of advice from experience..  Don't just "start" out with a software with plans to get better later.. data conversions are cumbersome and expensive.. a royal pain in the you know what. Been there and done that a few times and finally learned hindsight is 20/20.. Go with a PM system YOU think is goiing to be THE one for the long haul to grow WITH your business. You don't want to grow OUT of your software.  JMHO.  I will say this.. I am not sure about DAQ training but Kareo does NOT cater to the new biller, If you don't know billing you might have a harder time in the software.  If you are new I would suggest not only doing demo's of course but inquiring about training and support.
