I'm new to Home Health Billing an I have to Bill Medicare an commerical my question is I know on Medicare you have to bill the Rap first then he visits which is Rev code 0023 but then I get confused do I bill the 0023 again when I bill the visits an can I bill the 0023 an th visits with commerical are do I bill just the RAP then the visits I'm so frustrated
