I currently own an Adult Care Facility and am soon opening a Home Health Care division to that business.
Will I need a separate NPI# for the new business? It will be affiliated with the Adult Care Facillity,

If you are using the same EIN and legal business name then no.  If you get a separate EIN under a different business name then yes.  :)
