I may have the opportunity to help a facility that needs old AR worked, credentialing and claims processing. What should I charge for this service?

Michele:
The best thing to do is to try to estimate the time you will spend and give a flat fee.  Collecting old AR can be tough and it's hard to predict how much you can get paid and what will have to get written off.  Credentialing will depend on what insurances they are looking at.  Claims processing?  Do you mean current work for billing?  Just submitting claims or full PM service?
