So for 2013 Medicare is cutting EMG reimbursement by approximately 50%. Should we expect most major med carriers to follow suit? How long would that take for changes to major med to come into effect?

We're getting cut 24% and still have only 2 allowed procedure codes. And Medicare patients require over double the time, paperwork, and follow up due to the complexity of their health conditions.
And it's all FREEEEE!!!! ;) (I'm being snarky of course, I got a lovely letter from Anthem Blue Cross stating that "due to increased physician fees we're raising your rates 18.6%") If I tighten my belt any more I'll be cut in half.
