Hello;
We are going to begin treating transgender patients, are there special rules etc, for this type of patient?

Treating them for what??  Not sure what the question is.  If you are treating them for office services such as internal medicine, etc, they would be treated as any other patient I believe.  Or is it mental health services and you are wondering if the diagnosis needs to indicate transgender??
