MedClaimSoftware and MediPro
« on: April 22, 2016, 08:11:06 PM »
Has anyone used MedClaimSoftware for UB04 or have dealt with this company before?

How about MediPro?  Has anyone bought a software (Lytec) from them?

If yes to either or both, I would appreciate your opinion regarding quality, reliability and Customer Service.

Thank you.

Jocelyn

I have not used MedClaimSoftware.  We use speedysoft for our UB04 forms.  They are very reasonable.  You can get more information from http://www.speedysoftusa.com/shop/affiliate.php?id=2&redirect=http://www.speedysoftusa.com/speedyclaims.html

Medipro is the EHR for Lytec correct?  We've used Lytec for over 20 years but not the EHR.

Hi Michelle,

I did a trial for speedy soft last year and my claims got rejected because the modifiers were not mapped correctly with Office Ally clearinghouse so I did not buy.

MediPro is a reseller of Lytec which I am now considering to buy so I can use their UB04 but TotalMD also looks very promising.  Who is your reseller for Lytec?  Also, does anyone knows a good reseller for TotalMD?

Thanks!

Jocelyn

TotalMD is a very decent software. We have a discount arrangement in place with them if you are a PMRNC member.

Did you contact Office Ally?  They are great about fixing mapping issues.

We use Murray at SMG Systems.  http://www.smgsystems.com/   We get no kickback whatsoever from him.  We are just extremely pleased with his service.  :)

Mike at Total MD referred me to local reseller in CA, Armando Garcia and he has been very patient answering all my questions and concerns regarding desktop vs cloud versions.

Thank you everyone who pitched in!!!
