I was wondering if anybody has had experience billing Texas Medicaid for speech therapy rendered in a child's home?
THANKS!

Hi,
We haven't had any experience in that directly, but I'm hoping one of the other members may have.  Anyway, it should be the same as billing for speech therapy in the office, just changing the place of service to the home.  Have you tried calling Medicaid to see if they could help?

Good luck
Michele

Actually, I was able to get the information from someone at a billing service that has been able to successfully bill claims.  The rules have changed this year and none of the customer service people at Medicaid were very knowledgeable.  Thanks for the reply!
