: How to Bill for a Physical requiring Immunizations

So I am new to the billing world!! And learn something new everyday. I recently got a payment of $23.74 for a office visit that was a physical that needed an immunization as well as a PPD. They told me I bundled the visit? What does that mean. How do I do this to resubmit? Immunizations are expensive :(
