Has anyone noticed more negatives than positives since medicare went from pinnacle to novitas? On my end, with pinnacle, we would get our copies of eobs within a day or two from the date on eob and when you called you didnt have to wait very long to speak with someone. Since Novitas has taken over, it takes a minimum of 2 weeks from the date on the eobs and their phone system cannot understand ANYTHING you say. Mostly, it takes more time to receive payments, thats if they can find the claim in their system. When you can get through and speak with someone concerning claims, we are given the same "line" no matter who you speak with. "it seems as if the claim is stuck in the system, we will work on getting this taken care of" Today is my Monday>>>>>
