Rev codes and units

If I use rev code 0914 individual therapy and they had 2 sessions on one day with 2 different providers would I make the units 2. Or do I list 0914 two seperate times.
Also do you bill the last entry in the rev code as 001 total charge?

I would use a 2 in the units for the 0914. Some insurance carriers do require the 001 in the last line.
