Chirco Touch

I'm trying to help a office that has not posted an EOB to there system in over six months due to lost of staff and the provider have some medical problems.
They have lost there book on how to post payments to there system. If someone has chirco Touch can you please help me.

The office has not paid for text support for this year. Maybe I'll call and see if they can help with just that.

I am very familiar with Chiro Touch.  The last doctor I worked for used it for the past few years.  Their tech support is fabulous and well worth the money if for no other reason than the support staff/trainer will walk you through posting EOB's live.  (They remotely access the software and can watch, enter, correct, and teach the easiest way to enter eob's and post.)  Their training staff are people who actually worked in Chiropractic offices so they know all the verbage and ins and outs of billing and documenting.

I know money is tight for everyone, but this is something that their staff, or you, should be trained properly to do.  There are too many ways to screw it up otherwise.  The training doesn't take long, and their staff is SOOOOO nice.
