Hello
I work for a medication monitoring company and they want to start sending phlebotomists to the home to do urine and blood samples. What are the CPT codes for this? We send the samples to our own labs. Thank you so much.

They are the same codes as if done in the office. For blood draw it is 36415 and for urine collection you could use 99000 which is not usually covered. The POS changes to 12 and you may be able to bill a travel fee. Again, the travel fee may not be covered. P9603 & P9604 are a couple of travel codes you should look at.
