I have seen the CMS website pages of each of the above services in regards to Payment, and I will be honest with everyone. It all sounds Greek to me, and unfortunately I am not from Greece, I am from Alabama. So, does anyone out there have any ideas of where I can go to get a much simple explanation of how Medicare pays for these services, as well as what codes, factors, etc.. makes up the payment formula for these services?
