: Correct code(s) for TENS UNIT - Orthopeadic or PT

I'm a sales rep with a new product (no this is not a pictch, ha ha).  I have a couple different TENS units and I keep getting asked the same billing questions. What are the correct codes and what does it pay?  I see EO720 and EO730 with a bunch of modifiers. 

1.  What is the correct code to use when an Ortho doctor or PT dept send a post op surgery patient 
     home with a TENS unit?


2.  What is the Medicare reimbursement in OH and IN for this device/service.

For reimbursement amounts you should check the web site for the DME carrier in your region for their fee schedule.
