I was down for Christmas (family is there)  and I'll be back to train a new office staff for an old client of mine that went out on his own. I also stay in touch with my former clients there as well. I'm down there a lot also in the summer.

Some people love Jersey - some don't.  I grew up there and miss the money - thats about it!

Well, now it doesn't matter how much you make in NJ, it's never enough because things are completely out of control especially with real estate!  ::)

Linda I have a question, I had a company call me that sells mobilty equipment in NC - I know that I cannot bill a % to a provider but does this hold true for this scenerio too?

That's  good question for Charlene, she's in NC and does DME.  My guess is yes it would still be considered fee-splitting.
