Does anyone know if the Medicaid Managed Care Behavioral Health Carve-In & Health & Recovery Plan (HARP) that starts July 1st is going to affect individual mental health providers or is it for inpatient, facility, etc.?  Thank you!

P.S. Our local BCBS is even offering testing for claims prior to that date, and I just can't find clear information on whether or not it's going to affect providers who do in office outpatient mental health.

From what I understand, HARP will effect all Medicaid Managed care providers, I no longer have any clients in Medicaid so we are not going to see any of these.
