Blue Cross Mailing Addresses Pennsylvania

I am recently new to Medical Billing. I have a doctor in the state of Pennsylvania that my company bills for. I have been having issues with the mailing address to send claims. My denials state I need to send it to the local Blue Cross Blue Shield for Pennsylvania. However, I am sending my claims to the mailing address the insurance company gives me when I call for eligibility. Does anybody know the local mailing address for the different Blue Cross Blue Shield plans in Pennsylvania?

Any help would be great. Thank you in advance for any help offered.

Are you sending to Highmark or IBC?

For Highmark, you have two addresses, based on where you are in the state:

https://www.highmark.com/health/pdfs/addresses-central.pdf

Then for IBC, it is based on prefix on ID card. See this page, for where to send professional claims. Facility claims is a different list, which should not apply if you are billing the professional side:

Victoria, you don't state if the provider is BCBS in network, there should be an address for out of state network providers.
