There is a whole section on BAA, also.

It always makes me happy when I see a new billing company want to learn HIPAA :) :)  I also like HCPro.  www.hcpro.com   I've taken a lot of their training and get a lot from some of their newsletters. Some of their courses are a bit pricey..but WORTH it. Very thorough!!!
Also if you skim the internet but look for "compliance resources" or "HIPAA compliance attorney's" you find a lot of law firms that specialize in HIPAA compliance and many of them have blogs.   

I'm also biased with OUR resources, we have an EXTENSIVE area on HIPAA / HITECH in our members only area. www.billerswebsite.com
