I have a question...I need to bill 93970 as a professional component in Office (11) place of service. Can anyone help me out in this?

If you are billing the professional component you just need to use the 26 modifier.

Is it good to append modifier 26 with a procedure in Office visit?

No, the 26 modifier is to indicate professional component.  That would only be on testing or xrays, not on an office visit.
