can somone help me with this question on simple repairs, of scalp measures 0.5 cm,neck measures 0.6, trunk2.0, and cheek 0.6cm. I understand that the cheek is coded separately in my cpt, with10211, the problem came in when i added, scalp 0.5cm + neck 0.6 + trunk2.0=31cm  the cpt code i choose was12007 in my cpt. MY instructor's assistant says that its incorrect, my instructor is out due to car accident, can someone please help with this my grade depends on it, if im wrong please explain why

I think the problem is with the 12007, as it is for wounds over 30 cm.  The example below is 3.1 cm.
