Hi, what CPT do I use for commercial insurance to get reimbursed for pap collection?
I used the Medicare CPT & was denied.

And with a preventive visit will any commercial insurers pay for pelvic exam & pap collection?

I don't believe there is a separate CPT code for just the pap collection (other than the Q0091).  It is part of the exam.  There is no one answer for what commercial insurers will cover.  It will vary from carrier to carrier and plan to plan.
