Does anyone on here use EZBis.  It's billing software for chiropractors.

I have never heard of it. I have heard of ChiroTouch, though. I am always leery of billing software that is geared towards one specialty. Especially something like chiro, that doesn't use a whole lot of codes. I don't know where they price out compared to other billing software, but they had better be cheaper than the cheapest "all around" billing software available, IMHO.

I have not heard of it either.  Check to see how long they've been around.  I have a chiro right now that bought something called EON Systems two years ago and they are now out of business.
