: Coding for wound debridement WITH Hyperbaric Therapy

The doctor wants me to code for a wound debridement on the same day of service as the patient's Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. No E/M code. Is there a modifier I can use with this combination of procedures? Thank you!

I hate to suggest the 59 modifier as it is usually the last resort but in this case I think it is applicable.  If the wound debridement was performed separately from the hyperbaric treatment (which it obviously had to be!) the 59 indicates distinct procedural service.
