Hello!

I know I came after long time on the forum to post any thing. I got very busy so did not get time but was always been silent reader. I has received inquiry from Eye Doctor in GA. Does any one have experience with eye doctors and any idea about the ongoing charge. Is GA in a list of the states against %?

Appreciate any light on this.
