Medisof Codes On a Disk

If I am getting MediSoft V15, should I also get Medisoft Codes on Disk, it's like additional $350 that I didn't want to spend at this time (small budget)

That's totally a judgement call on your part.  If you don't purchase the disk you will have to enter the codes manually.  So depending on the type of billing you will be doing, that could be a big deal.  For example, if you are billing mental health there isn't all that many codes so it wouldn't be necessary to have the disk.  If you are billing family practice, or osteopathic surgery it would be a lot more codes.
