I have 3 LPC's in the office and 1 Medical Psychologist.    All clients, when seen, are filed under M.P..   My question is, if a LPC goes to a clients home for therapy, can I still bill medicare for home visit when my M.P. did not go with LPC?

You need to check your state laws.  It is not always required that the MP is present, but that they are overseeing the care.  I.E. The LPC goes over the chart with the MP as required.  But it varies and I don't want to advise you incorrectly.
