I’m working on my registration for NJ Banking and Insurances.
One of the questions is my Bi-Laws. I don’t know what to say on this, can anyone help me please.
Because it's just me no board.

If you are registering your business in NJ one of the requirements is a copy of your bi-laws.

Your bi-laws are basically your rules and regulations. If you are forming an LLC or corporation you need them no matter where you are registering. Here is a good set of directions for writing your own:           http://www.ehow.com/how_4913942_write-bylaws-small-business.html

It's all done, in the mail to the State. Lets hope all goes well.

All went well, no problems did not come back, and I’m all registered.
