per claim
« on: February 25, 2009, 05:31:53 PM »
Hi Michele,
I spoke to a Chiropractor and he was asking how much I charge and I said I charge per claim instead of percentage, I think he would have wanted percentage instead of by claim because he said his claims are so small.
question can you put more then one date of service on one claim like 3 or 4 so the claim would not be so small and per claim would work?

Yes, you can have up to six charge lines on a claim.  So it depends on how many services they charge for per visit.  If they only charge the manipulation, you can fit 6 on a claim.
