HELP! Medicare issue.

Hello Ladies

I have a provider who used to be a non-participating provider with Medicare. She is in the middle of an enrollment issue with Medicare as of now they are revoking her from enrolling again until next year. We have been advised by Medicare to re-apply showing we did try to get paperwork in timely. My question is can she still see Medicare patient with an ABN? Also because we dont know if Medicare will enroll her again can she charge the patient for the visit?

Did they deactivate her as a provider?  If yes, than she cannot treat Medicare patients.
